Removal of existing damaged retaining wall.  Set-out. Drive new piles. Construction of a new timber seawall 2.0m high (1.5m below beach levels). De-watering to allow construction. New concrete scour protection (path). Reinstatement of pavement (asphalt). Construction of timber stairs.

Land + Sea Civil Ltd came up with an improved design for the concrete scour protection detail. Change of fixings to the retaining lagging and realignment of the wall.
