Our Projects

Land + Sea Civil were engaged by Counties Energy to demo and clear an existing switching station and create a new hardstand lay-down area.

As the head contractor Land + Sea Civil coordinated and completed all works in-house with the exception of the asbestos removal where we utilised a specialised sub-contractor.

Works included, but were not limited to:

Health and safety; Quality and environmental planning and implementation;  Works over permits;  Reporting to Client and full project management;  Asbestos removal and certification; Utility disconnections; Mass concrete foundation demolition and disposal; Switch room building dismantle; Separation and disposal;  Site clearance and excavations for hardstand;  Sub-grade cuts and preparation;  Sub-base and surface grading and compaction; Site reinstatement and Client handover.
